    I arrived at 10:30 for oil change service. The advisor was great. He offered many options for different services and he answered all questions really professional. I am not satisfied with the oil change service because I had to wait 3 1/2 hrs just for oil change and we were only 2 customers in the waiting room. He advisor apologized many time. But still is took so long for just a simple service. The advisor recommend to change the tires and I prefer to change my tires in another place because I don’t want to know how long take to install the tires, maybe 8 hrs.

    Took in vehicle in the past.. for possible transmission issues.. (under warranty). Per dealership, no issues. Now that I am out of warranty, I get told I need to replace it. All out of pocket expense. Ridiculous. Was told buying a new transmission VS getting a rebuild would be quicker. Took almost 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. Whole time I had to pay a rental out of pocket as well.

    My recent experience was disappointing. Nothing against service manager Rizo. He was friendly and just doing his job. I had a 1:20 pm appointment and did not get out of there until 4:30 pm. I did not realize it would take so long for an oil change, and tire rotation. I did end up getting additional work done. An air cabin filter and fuel injection cleanse. I also did not realize that I received a new air filter. I don't remember agreeing to the air filter. I did not notice the air filter charge until I returned home and checked the receipt. But I guess I needed it. And the technician forgot to reset the oil change digital display. A. Castro
